Cancellation Timing: Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped to the provided destination. Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Order Status Tracking: We offer a "Track Order" feature on our website, allowing you to monitor the status of your order in real time. This feature enables you to assess whether your order is eligible for cancellation before shipment.
Refund Process: If you submit a cancellation request before your order has been shipped, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited back to your account via the same payment mode used for the transaction.
Note: Customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once the production process has commenced.

Communication: In the event of an order cancellation by Semparia, we will promptly notify you of the cancellation and provide relevant information regarding the reason for the cancellation.
Additional Information: In certain cases, we may request additional information from you to process or accept orders. This step is taken to ensure accuracy and security in our transactions.
Return
We understand the importance of timely and efficient refunds for cancelled orders. Our return policy is designed to facilitate smooth and hassle-free refund processes for our customers.
Refund Eligibility:
- We offer a 100% refund on orders placed online if returns are made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery. This time frame allows you to assess the product and initiate a return if necessary.
- Make sure Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It is necessary to return the teams in the original packaging.
- Don’t remove the tag from the jewellery.
Shipping Charges: For eligible returns within the specified timeframe, the shipping charges for return will be covered by Semparia. This ensures that you are not financially burdened by the return process.
Refund Timeline: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Process for Returns:

- Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any items that are either customised or engraved are non-returnable.
